Faulty cable replaced and we're back online.
Cable is being replaced now.
Waiting on the DC to replace a network cable.
We have identified the issue to be a routing loop between us and the datacenters downlink to us. Working with the DC to have this resolved up.
We have identified network issues in LA. We will try to resolve these ASAP.
