The issue has been resolved, LA10 has been re-setup with newer Disks and all VPS moved back.

Hello, [Please do NOT boot up your VPS from the control panel for now] We've had 2 disks fail at the same time on the server LA10, We're working on the RAID to try and recover any data possible. The progress has been slow but steady and most VMs have booted up fine after the restore onto the new node. We apologize for the massive inconvenice caused by this, it is a shock to us as well to see 2 disks fail at the same time. We are running the process to tar & migrate to new node currently which is why your panel might show the VPS as offline or unreachable. Please do NOT boot up your VPS from the control panel for now. We estimate the whole process to take around 18 hours to complete at the current rate of progress.

LA10 is once again running into some issues, and we are working on moving all VMs to a new host node.
