Please note, the customers on this specific host-node were migrated out to other host-nodes on the same day as the fault was detected. Hence no customer is affected by this issue.

Hello,
We have observed a cooling fault on the host-node DE3-12 which is leading to severe performance issues. We are currently migrating out all VPSes from the node before proceeding with any further debugging.
