Welcome to the Cogent Communications status page. The outage that was impacting some customers located in or connected to our Cogent Data Center at 2947 Bradley Street, Pasadena California has been resolved. Cogent's Data Center manager was able to restore the HVAC systems. The Cogent NOC and Data Center manager continue to monitor the situation closely. The master ticket is HD304557089. Customers connecting through Lumen in the Anaheim, CA area may be experiencing loss of network connectivity. The LEC is currently working to resolve the issue. There is no ETR at this time. Some customers located in or connected to our Cogent Data Center at 2947 Bradley Street, Pasadena California may be experiencing an outage. There are wildfires in the area that are impacting the HVAC systems at the site. There is a risk that additional equipment may fail if the HVAC systems is unable to keep up with the load. The Cogent NOC and data Center managers are monitoring the situation closely. There is no estimated time to repair at this time. The master ticket is HD304557089.

Network has been stabilized and we are not seeing any high latency or packet loss anymore.

We are currently experiencing Networking related issues from our upstream Datacenter wherein the services are inaccessible from certain regions or might have higher latency.
