We've received multiple reports over the past few hours about network routing issues on certain network paths, we're working with our upstream to resolve this.

We apologize for the incident, as most commercial paths weren't affected which we primarily monitor but quite a few US specific residential/business ISPs were affected, we'll work on our monitoring post incident fix up to add in a few residential/business ISP paths to monitor which we've identified along the debugging process.
