The temperatures have now returned to normal, and the affected servers are operating normally.

DC technicians are working to restore the cooling system. Temporary cooling measures are in place to reduce temperatures while the repair is underway.

Due to high temperatures, some servers in the LA location have been affected and are currently experiencing issues.

We have contacted the data center and are working with their team to investigate and resolve the issue.
